DWR error handling

Exception/error handling of DWR calls can be centralized by setting the handlers. More here: http://directwebremoting.org/dwr/documentation/browser/errors.html

dwr.engine.setErrorHandler(UI.errorHandler);
dwr.engine.setTextHtmlHandler(UI.textHtmlHandler);
